Random Weather Wish

The weather has been bipolar again. The last couple of days had been very warm and sunny, and I can wear thin layers of clothing, just like when I was in Indonesia. And today, BAM, windy all of a sudden, just like in December. On the bright side, though, we have a day-light-saving, which means the sun sets at 8 PM and I love it. Dark sky is not my cup of tea. I wish I can live in Alaska in summer where the sun is still shining during the night ;) Or maybe not, I've never tried. Be careful of what you wish for. This is a random-weather-wish post. Whatever.

Long sleeve t-shirt underneath - Zara
Cardigan - Got it in Melbourne

Ring on left hand - Got it in Australia

Speaking of this ring, maybe this is my second favorite. And again, it has bird on it, but this time it's on a log and not on its nest.

Ripped Jeans

I rarely dress boyish but there's something appealing about ripped jeans. I found my pair on Zara sale, and I got it only for £14,99. Now this one is not too rebellious but still has its edge. So I loved it. And bought it ;)

I also love how the top has different length of front view and back view. The back part is longer than the front. Got it in Supré, an Australian brand.

Top -  Supré
Blazer - Zara
Jeans - Zara
Shoes - Primark
Necklace - My sister bought me

Brick Lane

I'm not a fan of literal vintage stuff, but visiting vintage shops are worth it. I love vintage looks, but with new stuff. Call me weird, but I don't feel comfortable wearing the stuff people I don't know have worn before. However, I found the fun thrifting clothing stuff that day in this vintage shop, Blitz, located in Brick Lane (although I didn't buy anything). Brick Lane is known for its quaint, artistic area. So if you are this kind of person, you must go to Brick Lane, also Brick Lane Market, which I haven't gone to.

The clothes here are very coordinated. There are many range from t-shirts, jackets, coats, dresses, shirt dresses, skirts, and many more. Price is basically the same as high street brands but you know you can't get these stuff somewhere else. It's more personal and unique. Like there's this vintage Ralph Lauren sleeveless shirt dress that I set my eyes on... but still, I didn't have the feeling to buy it.

There's a "vintage-vibe" café inside the store too!

Aren't the street arts gorgeous?

The cardigan peeking underneath the oversized cardigan was actually needed to add layer on my sleeve, in case the wind decided to blow harder that day, but I liked how it turned out to be layering like this. It's like a dress/skirt.

T-shirt - Zara
Cardigan peeking underneath - Body & Soul
Over-sized cardigan - H&M

Bird Nest Ring

I want to introduce you to my favorite ring. I got it in Sydney last Australian winter and been wearing it often cause it matches with both girly and quite an androgynous look. I got many compliments when I wore this ring. It's from Frou Frou Designs. I love the brand itself, so creative and authentic Australian <3

However, you can get the exact same ring on Romwe. I was surprised myself when I saw this ring being sold online.

A very short post for today because I've just received a terrible news :(

Last Roll

Okay. Last set of pictures from my pre-sweet seventeen photos. It was late and I was quite tired at that time but still, this kind of one-day photo shoot made a great memory. I would love to do it again.
And if, I'd do it again with this kind of dress, I would wear killer heels and not bare-footed, also I would stand on a stool and not a chair. Although standing on a high stool with high heels sounded dangerous.

Do you like it with cape or without? I like it with the cape on. Just FYI hahaha...

Guilty Pleasure

My guilty pleasure is of course, shopping. For the past three days, I've been carrying shopping bags home. I've even shopped before these past three days. I feel so guilty, but happy getting all these stuff. You must know the feeling. That's why it's called guilty pleasure.

Cardigan - Body & Soul
Short jeans - Zara
Legging - Unbranded

School is still 27 days away. I don't know if that's a good news or what. Hahaha... But, the fact that I'm now blogging without having to worry about portfolio and stuff makes me :)
